About Piazza Party

Forums have become popular go-tos for crowdsourcing the answers to your questions quickly. Piazza is just one example. A tradeoff with these mediums of communication is that although a lot of information is generated, a lot of it ends up getting lost. Typically forums allow you to search for previously asked posts but rarely do you see any analysis on those posts and suggestions for the user in real time as they ask their questions.

We built a chrome extension that a Piazza user can seamlessly use as they ask their questions on Piazza. The tool suggests 5 posts that a user can then click on. The tool encourages the user to ask new questions that have not previously been asked on the forum.

This project was built for our final term project for CS0320 (Intro to Software Engineering) Course.
